What the hell... AN UPDATE?!?!??!

What's happenin'.

After a long, long, LONG absence in which nearly every member of our blog went through various changes in their lives (new jobs, moving, etc.) I am happy to announce that we will be indeed be making a return to normal posting!

Woohoo.

The Way of Progress

my current setup

My focus right now (other than my day job and relationship issues) is to keep some momentum going in the old creativity department and pump out some new projects while I'm waiting for the movie to sit and mellow out in my head.

The first project was some music composition, I made one song I may use in the movie and then called it quits so I can focus on piano lessons using my dandy new keyboard that already has a bad key (who needs D? pfft) and do a bit of writing of the prose variety.

I have in the works a short story that will hopefully get people interested in the movie and provide a bit of background into the mythos of the tale itself, all those spooky entities and stuff floating about needed a bit more flesh on their spectral bones, not unlike the companion books that came out with the Harry Potter series and the mini series of videos released before Alan Wake.

We may be completely lacking in fan base and production value but it doesn't mean we can't pretend to be pr0! So I'll keep you going as that progresses and hope to have something neat to show you guys soon (if you even exist).

A Bit of News

It's been a while since I posted a regular update of the things and doings of Raptor Inc. and it's not because we haven't been doing anything it's just that I haven't told any of you nonexistant people about our doings. As it were.

Movie News: I Got This is going to be a challenge but it's the biggest project we have ever tackled and it's going to be a lot of fun. Nothing but positive reviews for the script and production schedules have been made, still got some phone calls to make of course but production should move forward as scheduled at the end of this year.

Tourney News: All serious practice has been cancelled until we can make this movie. Expect to see comics and shite still being posted around but nothing too ambitious as we are going balls in to this flick.

Office News: A little bit more progress has been made to a (possible) physical address to our main office. I won't go into details but it's looking awesome.

What is Raptor Inc.? I still don't know but I ask myself that sometimes and the closest thing I can think of is a production company at the moment. Like all other things, I'll keep you posted.
